Owner and
Founder

Warshati Engineering Solutions was founded and is led by Majd Hallab, a registered civil and structural engineer with a First Class MSc from Brunel University London and over a decade of on-the-ground project experience in Lebanon and beyond.

The company takes on rehabilitation projects, private interior design commissions, and construction works, bringing the same rigor and accountability that defines Majd's humanitarian work to every private sector build.

From post-blast emergency rehabilitation to high-end interior fit-outs, Warshati delivers projects that are built to last.

Full rehabilitation of residential and commercial properties, from structural assessment through to handover, including post-disaster and post-conflict recovery works.

Interior Design

Bespoke interior design and fit-out for private residences, offices, and commercial spaces, combining functionality with considered aesthetics.

End-to-end construction management for new builds and extensions, coordinating contractors, suppliers, and technical consultants to deliver on time and within budget.
